Forgive yourself and keep moving

Here we are on yet another Sunday evening. Another week has almost come to an end, and maybe you find yourself reflecting on what the last seven days have been like for you. Like any other, I’m sure you woke up on Monday feeling confident that everything was going to go as you had planned! You know what you wanted to do, how you wanted to do it, as well as everything else in between. Your to-do list wasn’t going to know what hit it. But, as it does, maybe life happened and some things got thrown off kilter. Unexpected events came up, and before you know it, Monday, Tuesday, or maybe even several more days have come and gone. You look at your plans in frustration wondering why things can’t just go smoothly all the time. The same may go for your diet, too. In the distraction of everything that’s been going on, food hasn’t exactly been top-notch.
